I noticed that when you are doing the mass shapes, your opacity and flow are at 100%, yet your shapes color overlap as if the opacity is at at something less than 100%, how do you achieve this?

why can’t you use the pen tool for the curved lines, like when you’re making a cylinder in the perspective tutorial you went from the line tool for straight lines to a brush, but you can use a pen tool to make those lines, can you make a tutorial for that tool as well? I think it would heavily benefit a lot of people that watch these

I’d love to concept my environments multiple time before I begin 3d modeling them. I believe these courses can teach me that. :)

If I don’t have a drawing tablet, does a mouse work fine?
No, it doesn’t. With a mouse you cannot use the pressure sensitivity in photoshop. So it is very hard to paint subtle parts and blending colors. Everything will be very harsh. If you really want to learn how to draw digitally, I recommend you to buy a tablet. It doesn’t have to be a very expensive one. Just begin with a simple tablet. That will do. Trust me, it is worth it.
I agree with DannyKoni. The improvement in your digital art after you get a tablet is huge. There is definitely an adjustment period, but it’s worth it. Trying to draw with a mouse is like trying to paint with a bar of soap.

Lesson 1 Lines is not automatically starting. Can anyone help with this?
There are a few free photoshop knockoffs that are pretty good. I personally go with Medibang Paint or Firealpaca, but I’ve heard that Krita and Gimp are good too

Hi Kian, The price you paid is for access to all of our training videos now and in the future for one year. We teach many other programs and some which are free like Unity3D, Autodesk Maya, 3D Studio Max etc. We are a small group trying to give people access to training in these amazing programs because we want this knowledge to be accessible to everyone without breaking the bank. It’s hard to learn a new program without some guidance and support and we hope to bridge that gap to get more people learning and mastering this creative field.… Read more »

what kind of graphic tablet is used for this?
Hi David,
Our instructor is using a Wacom Tablet for the Digital Painting Series. One of the best, in my opinion! :)
Please have a look at this video resource if you need set up help. It should answer any connectivity questions if you have any.
